Ukraine uses U.S. missiles
The U.S. president gave Ukraine permission to use U.S. missiles as an attack on Russia.
Russia has now responded, for the first time in world history, by using hypersonic ballistic missiles on Ukraine.
Putin then went on to say that this is Americas fault for destroying the international security system.
