Random bleeding

I had a missed miscarriage october 10- waited two weeks still the same. October 24 took the pills to start the miscarriage process then october 30 i started hemorrage got it under control and was relased from ER. comfirmed november 1 that my uterus was empty. November 4th-8 i was bleeding but only when i wiped. Also tested negative on a test that friday. Me and my husband have been having unprotected sex since. November 28 i had light pink discharge, then stopped. Saturday same thing. This morning i woke up with some blood in my pants and some when i wiped going through the day no blood at all i just had some blood with discharged when i wiped. I had consistent periods before and this bleeding now is nothing like my regular period and very inconsistent and not heavy by any means.
