Help I need some advice

I need so help and advice if possible

I was due on my period Tuesday (26th Nov) but it didn’t come so on Tuesday night I took a pregnancy test (blue one) and it’s was faint positive so I carried on with my day. Then on Wednesday (27th Nov) I took another test the (pink one) around 5pm and then carried on with my evening. The morning I woken up with very light cramps nothing major then around 10am I started light bleeding (wearing a pad because of watery discharge I been having) and now at 1:30pm I have lower abdominal pain that’s got a little stronger than the morning

Backstory

I have stage 2 endo and expected pcos

I’ve had 3 miscarriages and 2 chemical pregnancies

Any advice or suggestions or success stories would be greatly welcomed as I’m going out of my mind
