Hello everyone, First time Pregnancy

I am currently estimating 4 weeks and 1 day today but for the last 2 days I’ve had light to mild cramping. Light enough to where I notice it and mild enough at some points to where I’m worried. Definitely not as bad as period cramps but still noticeable. Has anyone else had this this early?? I did have some actual implantation spotting that came and went yesterday and hadn’t had it since. I have labs Monday 12/2. Some other symptoms I’m having is frequent urination even, crazy nausea after eating literally anything , so tired and yesterday my nipples felt a little tender.
