Chemical pregnancy

This is my second chemical pregnancy in a row. I started spotting Wednesday night, had heavier bleeding Thursday and Friday. Now today ive stopped bleeding already. The pains this time are unbearable, even in my legs and feet. Last time the pains weren’t this bad and I bled a lot heavier, clotted a lot more and it lasted a week. Why am I bleeding so much lighter and so short this time ? Anyone experience something like this before ?
