He wants me to cook

Husband and i live like roommates. He never helps me financially. Our finances are separate and he does and operates like he is a single person. I am going on a yearly vacation with family. He cant go because he has something important to take care of here. My mom paid for myself and tickets for our two kids. The kids are small, its not like i can live them with my husband for 3 weeks. He cant handle taking care of them for more than a few hours lol. Also i am going to my home country. Anyway i was hoping he would help even a little bit with some type of kids expense because again its not like i have a option to leave them. He said he will see but i know he wont help me. Today he asked me if i can cook him meals to last 2 weeks so he doesnt have to go out to eat and spend money. At the moment i have the flu and i said maybe if i feel better. The trip is in a week. But the more i thought about it, im like mmmm why the hell would i stress myself cooking for him when he doesnt provide anything. He only worries about himself only all the time. Even tell me he will always come first 🥴. Am i wrong?
