Post-chem pregnancy advice?

For context, I found out I was pregnant on Oct. 29th, and unfortunately bled and was confirmed it was a chemical pregnancy on November 5th at 5 weeks pregnant.

I tried to track ovulation, but it was weird since it was technically more than a period. I got close to ovulating around November 11, but didn’t after that day.

I’m currently 2 days late on my period (supposed period according to Glow) but I tested negative today. For anyone who’s experienced a chemical pregnancy, how soon did your period return to normal and if you were able to get pregnant again, how long did it take? I’m just a bit lost and confused. 🙏🏼❤️
