Is anyone else this way?

I’m not sure if I’m pregnant or not and I don’t know how accurate this tracker is.

I baby danced 2 days before my fertile window started so I’m unsure? Is it possible to get pregnant in the fertile window even though the sperm might have died of before (if this app is accurate) ovulation day?

I’m so nauseous, I’ve had insomnia & today I just experienced car sickness which I only get when I’m pregnant….

Does anyone’s body trick them into being pregnant or could I actually be pregnant
