When does the nausea stop

Omg I’m on my 2nd baby 4th pregnancy and the nausea is out of this world. I’m talking about 24/7 atp and I cannot take it. I’ve been to ER a few times for bleeding and every time they do an ultrasound they put me further and further back. I feel like I’ve been 6 weeks for 3 weeks and I just gotta know when the nausea ends 😮‍💨 I go for an official appointment Tuesday to date me but I can’t do this sickness and zofran does nothing for me
