Light Spotting day of before period and day after

My periods last 8 days with horrible cramps and heavy to medium bleeding.this is what showed up a day before my period was here.... also the day of my period was like this when I wipe then nothing. Sometimes I spot before my period comes, but by time it's due it's full on. It's now day 2 of my expected period and I'm having the same light spotting and a little back pain but no cramps. Has this happened to anyone before and you were pregnant or just had a very light period.

I'm thinking of taking a test but I just know it's gonna be negative
