Am I pregnant so confused

My period is 24 days late. I had spotting over two weeks ago and that was it. I have been regular since my baby was born 7 and a half months ago. My other half had a vasectomy and was tested. I’m nauseous, my right nipple is leaking a little, some foods make me feel sick, I’m eating more, peeing a lot more. I do not know what’s going on with me.

I have booked a doctors appointment finally. But has anyone else been through this. What came of it? Please help.
