Failed vasectomy?

My husband got a vasectomy about 3 years ago but never went back for the follow-up I haven't been tracking my cycles only because my periods are regular I get them every month I never had to issue with my periods. This month in particular we were intimate a lot around my fertile window including the day I ovulated. ( Known day due to ovulation pain) What are the odds that I can actually get pregnant?
