what kind of acne is this?

i used to have awful hormonal acne in my cheeks and went on the pill for it, which mostly cleared up. however, this past month ive been getting these weird red spots on my face and they have not been going away and in fact getting worse!

its still smooth and no white heads are really forming so makeup has been covering it up pretty easily. it just seems like theres clogged pores but all my skin care is meant to purify pores!! i have no idea how to treat this:(
