Do I need to seek out a high risk obgyn?

Do I need to seek out a high risk obgyn? (Maternal Fetal medicine) I’ve had 3 losses before this pregnancy, 2 were chemicals and one recent missed miscarriage in September. I was talking to my best friend and she thinks I need to go see a high risk obgyn due to my losses but I feel like it may just be a waste and wanted to hopefully get some opinions from other ladies that have dealt with this. My obgyn has done the reccurrent loss panel on me as well as genetic testing and everything has came back normal so there’s technically no conditions that make me high risk just my losses themselves. My current obgyn already has me on progesterone as a precaution since I was on the lower end at my first draw and I’ve had my betas monitored. since they have all been good we are just waiting to be far enough along for my first scan. I just don’t think there’s anything else a MFM could do for me that my obgyn isn’t already doing but I could be very wrong I’d really love some advice on this ❤️
