Pain help
For over a week now, I've been having pain in the base of my right head and it runs down to my right neck, my right shoulder and upper right arm no other symptoms I went to the emergency room. They did a CT of my neck. They said it was clear that most likely it was muscular pain they gave me ibuprofen and that helps it. It's not as intense as before, but it's definitely still there and it only hurts when I turn my head to the left . I woke up with the pain so I'm not sure if I slept in an incorrect position, but I've never had neck pain for this long. Also, yesterday I had a headache oddly, it went away quickly, but the headache was only when I stood up and it lasted about 20 seconds on my left temple felt pounding to the beat of my heart, got better the longer i was up and by sitting down ,took an ibuprofen again never came back. Has anyone experience this? I cannot stretch out my neck to the left because it hurts. I'm sure it's my muscles but I'm freaking out because I've been doing Google searches and it says stroke or aneurysm. I had an MRI back in July and it was clear, but I will be getting another one in January just to make sure and have a peace of mind because I am a hypochondriac I'm also on my period so I know that the headache from yesterday might've been due to me starting my period . But the neck pain is getting very annoying
