Medications during pregnancy

I am 8 weeks today. I have been taking a very low dose of klonopin 2.5 mg daily for seizures. I do not plan to stop it through the duration of my pregnancy. Anyone have any similar stories? Obviously there are risks but i also want to not seiz!
