Toddler climbing out the cot WHAT DO I DO NOW ???

So my 2.5 toddler was climbing out her cot last night for the first time what did all you ladies do when your toddler did this ? Even know she is almost 3 she is a little bit behind her age I feel an her nursery feels the same so I'm a little scared about her going into a toddler bed any advice would be great 👍🏻

I think it’s scarier them getting hurt by trying to climb out. These tend to be signs they are ready for a big bed.

Is a cot a crib? If so, put the mattress to the lowest setting. If she is still able to get out on the lowest then I would do a toddler bed but maybe a nanny cam and alarm on her room door. You can even put bells on her door if they are loud enough to wake you. That’s if you’re worried about her roaming the house.
