Any help…..

Three positive tests. First one was Saturday second was Monday and third was Wednesday. I started spotting yesterday (Thursday) very very light pink only a few times and only when I wiped. I saw my doctor this morning (Friday) who did an ultrasound abdominal and vaginal and saw nothing. They drew blood and my HCG levels are at 71. I’m continuing to spot (only when I wiped) it had stopped today for awhile and then came back turned to a rusty color but very light and has now changed color to darker and noticing drops in toilet.

Has anybody had similar experience with positive outcomes? I can’t help but feel discouraged and think the worst….
