Implantation ? Miscarriage ?

I’m currently 4 days late today is day 5 , I’ve had twinges on my sides this morning while making my children breakfast I went to go shower and seen this . I instantly broke down . I’ve taken 5 pregnancy test 3 positive different brands and 2 negative digital clear blue test . My doc couldn’t get me in till next month .. I called to let him know what was going on and I was told to wait cause if it doesn’t get any heavier or more painful and stops it could be late implantation bleeding and if it does then he would want me to come in & be seen . My mom died when I was 11 so I have no one to talk to about this please give me advice ….
