Could ovulation be late?

Last period 12/1 Glow says I ovulated week of 11-17 however today 21st I had the egg white mucus with a lotta stretch. Is it to late for me to ovulate? Or could the app be off? This is the 1st time ive had the EWCM in almost a year.
