Advice please!
Hey! I’m looking for some advice on how others manage their endo. In the last year or so I’ve been getting in so much more pain and I can’t have the surgery until I lose weight (I’ve been on the waitlist for help with that for 2 years now and I have PCOS too!).
I work an office job remotely so sitting for too long tends to lead to pain so I try and get up regularly and I have a cycle thing under my desk to keep my legs active. But I have some days where I can barely walk and I’m furniture shuffling around. Does anyone else use walking aids? I don’t know if they’d be helpful or not
I use a heat pad, tens machine and meds currently but they don’t seem to be hitting the spot at all. Any advice would be grand!! 😊 I had an appointment with a gynaecologist and she told me to go swimming whilst on my period but I literally flood and tampons are too painful to use 💀
