Bled for 3 days now have sickness ?

I bled for 3 days and my period is always 7 days and it was a week late , I tested negative the whole time , it’s been about 7/8 days since and I’ve been feeling really sick and can’t sleep but am tired all the time , I also have weirdly, a runny nose every so often . I haven’t took a test cause I don’t want to be disappointed and maybe it was just a short period . Anyone have any ideas ? Plan on drinking tomorrow as it is Christmas and need to know .
