My in-laws are begging for grandkids

Christmas eve dinner and Christmas Day dinner, had to have 2 separate conversations with my in-laws about having kids. Was asked “when are you going to get on board with having kids like everyone else?”. They make comments regularly but this is the first they’ve ever been so blunt and kind of rude about it. We will not tell them about our fertility journey because they can’t keep anything to themselves and we don’t want the whole world to know. Really frustrating having to deflect questions when all you want to do is scream that I’ll “get on board” when you can tell me why our 2 years of TTC with unexplained infertility, 1 failed IUI, and thousands of dollars in fertility testing, supplements, and medications aren’t working. This holidays are exhausting and I’m just so frustrated. Just needed to vent… anyway, I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and here’s to lots of BFPs in 2025 🤍
