Husband flipped out on me

So here and there he has moments where he flips out over NOTHING and apologizes but this time I really wonder if it’s technically my fault

About a week ago bad wind flipped our porch swing over. He later told me we have to move it together since it’s heavy to move it another angle.

When he asked me to help him move it I had just showered and was gonna nurse my daughter. I ask him nicely if it’s ok if we move it some other time. THIS WAS A WEEK AGO he never asked me to move it after that and I completely forgot. Today we had bad wind that flipped the swing over and ripped a part of it. I told him I could probably sew it since it’s just a little bit. He flips out on me the second he saw the swing flipped that’s before he even saw it ripped. He said it’s my fault says we’re stupid ppl and then called me a jack a for not moving it the time he asked me to. So I went outside to help pick the swing up and he’s yelling at me and the neighbors were outside. I was embarrassed cause I couldn’t get him to stop yelling so I just went in the house. So he ended up scratching our porch paint moving it and just kept flipping out on me. I would understand if he at least asked me one more time when I wasn’t busy but no it was just that time he asked and it’s been a week. He said the whole swing is trash now and it’s my fault.
