Looking for opinions/Advice

So yesterday I met with my sperm donor, we’ve been talking a little while before meeting and I can tell he likes me. He’s offered to only help me and hold off on other people until I get pregnant. But when he came over today he asked me why I’m looking for a donor and I said bc I’m not in a relationship and not really looking for one and I proceeded to say bc I can’t make a baby on my own lol. And after we talked he said I’m a cool person and I told him I wanted to be a braider and he said I could practice on his hair. He also texted me saying he’s cooking and told me what it was and he said he would bring me some.

I know I told him I wasn’t looking for a relationship, but I meant that I’m not out actively seeking one but tomorrow when he comes again I plan to kind of correct my words… did I ruin it completely of what could’ve been by saying that?

I talked to my friend and she said I have a 0% chance in having anything with him since I said that, but I wanted other opinions? I feel she’s being negative, anytime I say something she goes completely against it and says it in a rude way.
