I don't know what this is 😭

I first noticed last night during foreplay that a spot right next to my clit hurt really bad when my husband rubbed it, and it totally ruined the mood. This morning was the same thing almost as soon as he touched that spot! I had him take a pic on his phone so I could see what was going on, bc when I asked him to look he said it seemed irritated and like there might be some kind of sore or pustule.

In the pic it looked like an oval-shaped sac, probably a little smaller than a pea, with clear fluid inside. It's right along the edge of the inner labia and directly to the right of the clitoral hood. Based on placement and how tender it is to touch I don't think it's a cyst. There's no hair follicles there that could have gotten impacted. It also hurts to wipe, but not sitting or walking or anything like that. My outer labia keep it protected from chafing.

Anyone have any idea what it might be?? My doctor's office isn't open until Monday. It's just the one spot and my husband is not positive for any STIs.
