Miscarriage?

So about a week ago i took 2 pregnancy test both came back positive after period was late 12 days. Today me and my bf has sex and after we see blood. A lot of blood like a period. I goes to the bathroom and wipe and on the tissue was a glob of like fleshy stuff it was a bit more than what's on the pic but that part fell in the toilet. I've never miscarried before so i don't know. My appointment wasn't untill Jan 7.
