Normal fluctuations if you already confirmed ovulation or late ovulation if you didn’t confirm ovulation. It would not yet indicate pregnancy. Also, this test looks barely negative to me instead of positive.

I don’t think you would even get a positive opk (if pregnant) at 7dpo because most likely you wouldn’t have even implanted yet. And if you did implant earliest which is 6dpo still not enough time for HCG to build up and give you a positive opk.
