I’ve had regular periods for about a year now, I had a tubal litigation done after my third son in 2022. I have missed my period this month it’s about 3-4 days late. What’s the possibility I could be pregnant. I’m kind of nervous and also excited I wouldn’t mind having another baby but I also don’t want to get my hopes up…
