Pre-eclampsia/high blood pressure treatment?!

My blood pressure started to get high after 36 weeks with my daughter years ago. I ended up being induced at 38 weeks due to it, they never really did any treatment since I got to the point they thought it was safe enough to deliver. I am currently 30 weeks and my blood pressure was quite high at my appointment today. Which scares me since it is so much earlier this time - I’m not sure what the treatment would be 😬 they took a urine sample and said they would call me with results in a few days and I will come in next week for another BP check… I’m sure they will tell me a treatment plan when they know, but I’m just curious what others experienced who have struggled with high blood pressure in the third trimester!

They didn’t put you on low dose aspirin for this pregnancy? I got high BP with first baby and was induced at 37 weeks so at 10 weeks with this pregnancy they put me on low dose aspirin to help with BP and mine hasn’t gone above 110/78 yet

I was put on bedrest and had to take my bp 5x a day. I made it to full term.
