UTI or Yeast??

The past few months I’ve had multiple yeast infections but that seems to always follow taking antibiotics for chronic UTIs. Could my birth control be affecting this too? Just started a new birth control pill after having my second baby over the summer. I shower everyday, drink water, decent diet, not tight clothing. Yet somehow always wind up with one or the other. Any advice appreciated.
