Fourth round, first on 5mg

I'm so confused as to why I'm over a week late with negative tests! It was my first round of 5mg Letrozole and I don't think I ovulated. I usually ovulate on my own and I know I did on the 2.5mg the last three months! I've been using opks and I thought I caught my peak but apparently not cause I'm now 8 days late.

I sent my doctor a message about this but haven't heard back yet.

Any insight or advice would be welcomed!
