Peak or first positive?
Do you base ovulation off when you get your first positive opk or when you get your peak? First positive was yesterday but there still very dark today just wondering which is more accurate. I also track bbt with my Oura so I’ll confirm ovulation with that but I forgot to wear my ring last night of course right around ovulation 🥴
