Lower stomach feels like a phone vibrating not the good kind of vibration 🤣

I can't quite tell where I'm experiencing it on my lower stomach or pelvic area but it's been getting more frequent. It feels like my phone is there even though it's not.

I've never had this before and Google is telling me it could be an aneurysm 🙃

Anyone know what it could be, the only way I can describe is like a phone vibrating like if it was in your pocket.

I feel embarrassed to tell the dr my insides are vibrating 😅
