I’m worried right now…

I’m currently 7w3d pregnant, about 2 days ago my partner and I had sex and yesterday I had noticed that I had like brown spotting. It’s now day 2 since the deed and now when I wipe it’s more like a light red. I don’t have much more cramping than I usually experience and my cramps don’t really feel that different either but I’m still worried. Is this normal? How long will it take for this slight bleeding to go away? 😕
