Ovulating, Peak vs High
Hi,
I started tracking ovulation this month as last month I got my period 9 days late (assuming it was just late ovulation).
I forgot to take a test yesterday for CD 16. Looks like CD 17 is “high”. Question is what’s the difference between “high” and “peak”?
Essentially, what day is best to try to conceive given my results?
