I NEED HELP

Yesterday I had my first appointment with my OB to confirm pregnancy, urine test was positive she thought I was further since I’m irregular I had my LMP Nov 3-8.. she did an ultrasound said she saw a small little sac. Just got these results idk what it means since it says out of range. 298H
