Heartbroken!!

Today, I went in for a follow up ultrasound to see if baby was developing. At our last appointment we found out that baby was only measuring 6 weeks and a day with a fetal heartbeat of 77. Today the results were even worse no fetal heartbeat. The doctor stated that baby stopped developing at 6weeks and gave me three options to terminate. After 13 years of trying and finally getting pregnant and it ends like this. Still wishing for a miracle but doesn’t look like that is going to happen! How do you recover from this heartbreak?
