5weeks pregnant, heavy bleeding

Looking for similar stories and outcomes, as my anxiety is getting the best of me. I’m currently about 5 weeks. Started bleeding yesterday fairly heavy so went to the emergency room after it didn’t stop after a few hours. They stated too early for any scans but exam and blood levels were okay. I’m due to follow up bloodwork in two days. I did go to my doctor for a follow up from the ER visit and they did an ultrasound but since it was too early to see much, didn’t really get answers. Anyone have similar stories?
