iPhone question!!

Does this mean I am blocked?? I tried replying back to a text and it didn’t show delivered (they also have iPhone) for the first minute after I hit send, so I held it down and sent as send as text message but now the text bar is showing “TEXT MESSAGE• SMS” afterwards instead of the regular iMessage even when I closed out of things and went back in. I don’t see why I would be blocked? Obviously the one way to know is to call but I’m not going to do that and get myself worked up lol.

Update: it’s showing iMessage again in the text bar.
