morning sickness

Jay

I’m a couple days shy of 10 weeks pregnant, and the absolute worst part has been my morning sickness. More specifically, feeling nauseated, knowing that I am going to throw up, accepting it, and then having to wait up to an hour, sometimes two, for my body to ACTUALLY throw up. I hateeeeee throwing up, but I hate the state of nausea that precedes it even more. I actually just had to set my phone down in the middle of typing this and rush to the toilet because of this. I woke up around 5:30AM because of the intense nausea, and only just now (around 7:45) threw up. Anyone have some recommendations on how to handle the nausea? I thought it would lighten up as I approached second trimester but it seems to be getting worse..
