Trying again

I was pregnant and feeling symptoms until i started spotting and my boobs were no longer tender and i was not as tired anymore. I went to the dr and they did labs and unfortunately my numbers are dropping instead of doubling. There is a sack connected to my uterus they were afraid of an ectopic pregnancy or the sack attaching to my scarring from my myomectomy and ablations for fibroids. I do have a subchorionic hemmorhage and my blood work always show mycroyotic anemia. Dont mind my spelling my auto correct doesnt work here hahaha i dont have any pain and im not bleeding extremely heavy but the fact that my hcg numbers are falling is saying the baby didnt make it. I might have to go in and have a d and c done to clean out the sack. This is my first pregnancy and i didnt even think i could get pregnant. Now that i had i would like to have at least one child. Im worried although how many miscarriages ill have to endure before or if that can happen. Best of luck to everyone!
