could this be implantation bleeding?

the last week i’ve been experiencing nausea, headaches, dizziness, pain in hip when walking, fatigue here and there, cramping and backaches. according to this app im 13dpo and it’s telling me to test tomorrow, and according to Flo i’m 10dpo and it’s telling me to test in 3 days. my period is expected to come today or tomorrow, and i am cramping, but now im seeing this. i’m hoping this isn’t the start to my period. has anyone else experienced this and been pregnant??
