Can heartbeat be dectected on US at 7 Weeks?

I have an appointment on Thursday, supposed to be getting an ultrasound, I will be about 7w3d according to first day of last period. Should we be able to see and or hear the heartbeat?

You should be able to see it!! I went for my first ultrasound at 7w3d and we were able to see the baby & hear the heartbeat 💓 🥹 with my first pregnancy they saw the heartbeat around 6 weeks when I went to the ER for bleeding.. so even if you’re measuring a little behind I’d say you’ll likely get to see / hear the heartbeat! Congrats on your little one, mama!! 🥳

They couldn’t hear mine at 8 weeks + 5 days, but they could see it fluttering + got a good heart rate. I heard it at 11 weeks 1 day
