Tried to tie my tubes

I attempted to try my tubes a couple years ago and it was a epic fail, but I believe she did something because I’m at the point where I cannot conceive it’s getting upsetting and my boyfriend was just like I don’t think I can do it, but I wonder is this why I also have hydrocephalus and I’ve never had a problem then, but I don’t know if the doctor did anything. I went to get a second opinion, she said she wouldn’t open me back up. I have Bruce tissue, but you guys look at these pictures and tell me what you think after my surgery I woke up and I was basically told to stay back for trial if I didn’t want kids, but in reality, I don’t know if she did anything so I’m just trying to get it figured out. and back in 2021, I had a miscarriage less than five weeks. I didn’t even make it to six, but I don’t know what could be the issue at this point.
