I have a concern about stds

Backstory: so i had my first relationship when i was 14, he was 3 years older and we were in HS. I was naive and he was my first everything. I was mostly shy and quiet but always had excellent grades. We would engage in sexual things, he was definitely grooming me. He then cheated on me that year and i took him back (smh ik) then two months after i turned 15 he took my virginity by force. I didn't know it was rape at the time. He convinced me that it wasn't rape because i was moaning and enjoyed it after the pain went away and that i gave him consent when i told him to rub it on me. But he decided to go in and it was hurting like crazy, i was crying, i told him to stop, could not get him off of me and he didn't stop. His grandma even told me that if i tell my mom hes gonna go to jail and if i love him i should not send him to jail. I didn't even go to the clinic because my mom had my insurance and i felt shame, i didn't want her to know i had sex. She was a super strict parent too. Fast forward i broke up with him when i was 17 because he cheated again. I cut contact with him after and then 3 years later he reached out again. We had a conversation and confessed that he also cheated when i was like 16, and he didn't tell me. After that i haven't had any communication with him since. After that relationship ended i got tested to make sure i didn't have anything, he had weird bumps or warts but he told me they were fordyce spots. I got tested and everything was good, but i didn't go to a gyno because i was scared about the metal thing they put inside you. Fast forward i met my current partner, we live together and he's the second person I've had sex with. After we had sex i got an iud then went to a gyno 3 months later to make sure the placement was good. They swabbed me and everything was good. A month after that i went to another gyno because i had weird discharge, they swabbed again and everything was good. So last year i went to my gyno because i was due and they told me im HPV positive. Type 16 and 18. But i was vaccinated against HPV as a teen and that was confusing to me. She told me that it could have been dormant and its difficult to know. Im not sure if my current partner gave it to me, maybe he had it from a previous and men cannot test for it, or maybe i got it from my first and it was dormant? What do you guys think? I dont have any bumps or warts btw. I honestly wish i went to the gyno after my first relationship.
