Could i be preganant ?

Okay yall. Please hear me out, cuz I need some advice or answers lol. My fiancé and I haven’t had sex in three weeks this Tuesday. He finished in me at that time. Well, I know have several bloating. Lower stomach pain, lower right side back pain. This morning my left nipple hurt. I’m really hungry and only want kfc chicken tenders and Mac n cheese. I’m 6 days late. I have been peeing so much. And today I had brown discharge. And I wiped and there was light/faint baby pink spotting. And I wiped again second time and then there was none. I’ve taken a couldn’t tests all being negative. It hasn’t been 7 days since missed period.. but I wanted to test early lol. I’ve been a little more sensitive than normal and the urge to cry more frequently. I’ve been getting hot flashes. And occasionally an each every now and then.

I talked myself out of being pregnant and potentially just pms.. but I normally get brown discharge AFTER my period and never before. I’ve never had spotting before. My nipples never hurt nor did my boobs ever feel this heavy. My plan is if I don’t start in the next couple days to call the drs to order a blood test. But I need some thoughts ?
