What’s on my son face? Red bumps everywhere he’s 3 weeks old was only a few this morning then about now a lot more popped up

Unfortunately baby acne is very common and normal, due to the change of environment from womb to air (their skin dries a little)
I’ve been using eucerin baby lotion on her face and it helps with the irritation
I also heard breastmilk helps a lot with it
It’ll go away on its own, be sure not to pick on them, keep your baby’s hands clean and nails trimmed so he won’t scratch them by accident
