Help me

Hey guys I know this isn’t the best place to go for answers but I just need some help here!!!! I’m almost 3 months late! My last day of my last period was November 21th I’ve tested 4 times most recent was 2 days ago all negative. Not only that but not stop for 4 months I’ve been ridiculously itchy it won’t stop! It burns and hurts so much, there is a stronger odor to go with it to 😞 idk what to do or what’s wrong with me.
