HELP 😣

Hello 👋 . I am someone with irregular cycles for years. Ovulated last week and currently spotting for last 3 days ( very light red/pink). Normally I would wait for my AF to appear cz of irregular cycles and i would spot and that would end up as my AF. However this time around I am spotting just 6-8 dpo and its too soon for a period. I have frequent urination,mood swings and food aversion and cravings . Spotting hasn't gotten darker but started to LIGHTEN. IS THIS IMPLANTATION? OR IT'S NORMAL PERIOD APPROACHING? My period isn't due for another week as per apps but cycles always irregular. STRESSED😫👀
